I have been going to this store since I was about 8 and the product selection has always been good. In fact, I have gone here over the nearby petsmart because of the better product selction. However, the service has been terrible. There is only one cashier most of the time (this is a very large branch) and although I know there are multiple employees they are never easy to find. They spend a good deal of the time in the backroom so you may have to ask for them at the front or you wont get service. Also, since its a low-paying job, their is a high turnover rate, meaning the employees often dont know where anything is. After my experience in the last couple of years, I think Ill start going to petsmart instead.

My review is for the grooming staff. I LOVE THEM! Heather was always my favorite, but since she left, Christina has become my pal. Ive been coming here for baths since I was a puppy and theyve always been so nice to me.

$80 for groming for a service dog! Screw U, god heard my scream, i found a place in Connecticut for half of the price and now I do it myself with clippers from costco. Fat ugly female manager!
