The last time that i was in this store i was cashing out and the woman behind me was letting the dog she had with her pull her and smell at my pants, and rub my leg. I made eye contact and stepped away, the staff behind the counter told me not to worry, the dog is hers and it is friendly. There are many reasons that someone might not want to pet a dog beside its behavior. Had this been a customer of the store i would not have let it impact my rating but i think that its important that the staff is aware that no matter the attitude of the dog the comfort and preference of the customer is important. I found the small animal supply selection at this PetSmart to be "bare-bones" the bedding options were very limited as were the treats. The fish do seem to be well cared for however i cannot recall a time ive been in this store and not seen a dead hermit crab.

Me and a friend were going to get hamsters today, did not go good at all. First, we asked a lady to see them, she said she would get someone, 10 minutes later we see her talking to people and laughing, so much help. Finally got someone to help us, she was very kind. We went to check out and my VISA wasnt working, the lady started yelling at us, really makes me want to go back there... Still going back tomorrow, hopefully shes not there.

Today I purchased my first snake from this location. Even though I showed up right as the store was opening on a Friday, the staff were extremely friendly and outgoing. One staff member in particular, Lisa, walked me through everything I needed to know regarding the care of my new pet. As a snake owner herself, her enthusiasm shined while she shared her knowledge and experience. I couldnt be happier!

I love to shop here it just seems I can never find anyone to help me. When I do find someone they cant help because there busy or they cant answer my questions.. So when you go pray its your lucky day and someone can help

just had my mastiff groomed and she is beautiful and smells wonderful they were very good with her as always she is so soft. I have taken her other paces but this is the best place

Fun to bring your own pets in and "meet" other doggies. Dont expect any steals price-wise. Fantastic grooming staff, usually clean appearing store.
