I will never shop in your store again. I went into the store to purchase three or four bottles of wine. When I went to place them on the counter, the counterperson scanned the first bottle and, swinging it past the scanner, hit the bottle I was placing on the counter with the bottle she was scanning, breaking the bottle in her hand and splattering wine all over the counter and over my raincoat. I waited for someone to at least apologize for splattering me with wine. No apology was forthcoming. Two other men were at the counter as well as the woman who was scanning my order. No one said anything. After cleaning myself off I said to the man who seemed to be in charge, "can I send you the cleaning bill for the coat?" He, responded in a very derisive manner, "You can send it". I asked"does that mean you wont pay it?" he said "well you broke the bottle". which the woman who scanned the bottle and broke it responded "yeah, you broke it". I needed the wine and had to get to a dinner, so I paid and left. I have never encountered store personnel which such a poor service orientation and who are liars. I dont care about the coat. Ill take care of it. But the way I was treated leads me to tell you that I will never set foot into your store again. My wife typically buys four or five bottles a week there...no more. I will also tell my friends of how I was treated and hope that they follow my lead. It probably will have a minimal impact on your business since apparently, you hire people with a negative customer orientation. Retail establishments like yours should not be in business.

Ive been looking for this one specific brand of tequila, Correlejo, and came to find that this store actually stocked it. I called them up before making the drive out to plainview, as I live in smith town. I asked specifically if they had it in stock and available. So I drive all the way out into the pits of Nassau county and was running late for a dinner date as it is. Now I had just spoken to them on the phone to confirm they had it available and I get there and its sold out. They said they would have a "new case tomorrow" but no, i live in smith town no way am I coming all the way back you hopeless fools. I pitty the owner, doesnt have competent employees there that look to see if something is stocked before they hang up the phone. Wait if time, gas, and energy. 0/10 would not recommend.

I purchased a bottle of wine. The price on the shelf read 21.99. The total was 27.15.,I am from out of town and not familiar with the taxes so I checked the reveipt. I was charged 24.99. I pointed out the discrepancy to the person who rang me up. He said the price should have been changed and wasnt. No offer to make it right. The name and price were clearly marked on the shelf. I was in a hurry so did not argue, but left feeling cheated. Bad customer service for sure and a bad experience. I have told all of my friends who live here to be careful.

Last holiday season I brought in an ad and was told the price was a misprint. I accepted that and continued to shop in the store. I went in this year with an ad for the same product and was told again it was a typo. I explained that this same thing happened last year and all I was told was that it was a typo and was Newsday problem. They said it was the only item in the ad with the wrong price. I called the other stores in the ad when I got home and was told they would both honor the price, if I had the ad. I will never shop there again.

Best ever! This is my favorite liquor store, they have everything you need! After coming here you wont go anywhere else. The staff is so helpful and friendly! The store is so clean and organized by different regions which helps a lot! There selection is phenomenal, anything you need they have! Love the different tastings they have to let you try something new every time you go! Highly Recommend to go check them out!

Old school atmosphere with character. Immediately greeted me to ask if I needed assistance. When I replied with Im looking around I was left alone to browse. Employee did not continue to bother me and did not make me feel uncomfortable for wanting to browse. Lately Ive been shopping here after work.

It doesnt matter if they have a great selection. It matters when they are open when they say they are open. I made a trip to them and got surprised that they are closed. They are open till 10pm, well that wasnt the case. Wont use them again.

Hands Down best liquor store!! They have an extremely large selection and competitive prices. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. They also always have awesome tastings every weekend so you can try a new selection!
