My wife and I went on a honeymoon to the Adirondacks. I googled tattoo shops near where were staying (Belfort) and this one had good reviews. I emailed the owner (Todd) explaining that I was recently married and wanted a tattoo to commemorate the special occasion. He responded quickly and helped me plan my tattoo from afar (Im from southwest Michigan). When I arrived, he did the tattoo at a very reasonable price and it looks beautiful. I have an Eastern White Pine on my forearm. Todd was a nice guy and most importantly the tattoo looks amazing. If I didnt live 11 hours away, Id be back again next month. Thanks todd!

Absolutely wonderful! After doing a lot of research, I finally decided to get my first tattoo. Out of all the places, this was definitely the best. Being very freaked out by needles, Todd Jenne made me feel very comfortable. Im very happy with the tattoo and will not go to anyone else at this point. Would recommend anyone that is wanting to get their first tattoo to go to Phoenix Rising and talk to Todd!!

Went here to get my tongue pierced because I've always only heard amazing things about this shop. I was super nervous about the whole thing and the guy here made me feel comfortable and calm while he worked quickly. So far so good, the piercing is healing better than I thought. Thank you so much guys for everything!! :)

I have gotten a tattoo there and of course Im a big baby and Todd had a lot of patience with me moving and squirming and the tat turned out perfectly! I also recently got my tongue pierced here and he told me exactly what was going to happen (no sugarcoating) and it turned out perfect! I wouldnt go anywhere else! (:

Really awesome artwork! This guy drew up the tattoo I wanted exactly the way I wanted it and then freehanded a background on it which made it even better. The price was pretty good, better then some of the places right outside of fort drum but the wait was a little long to get in, cause he is pretty busy.

They dont just do Tattoos by appointment, they also cover walk ins. Ive been to ALL the shops in the area, hands down, this place is the best!! The Artists are honest and well informed, they dont push you into anything, only encourage you to make up your own mind. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my body.

Yea right, this is one of the worst tattoo parlors in the area. Straight garbage and the prices are outrageous. If you want a good tattoo go to empire or skin circus. BUT NEVER go here unless you want to pay alot of money for terrible work!!!!!! If I could rate this zero stars I would.

Went in to get my daughter a belly piercing and the staff was very friendly, fast and did quality work at an affordable price! I will be turning to them for tattoos for myself and other piercings if the time comes for my family!

Top tattoo shop north of Syracuse. Very knowledgable and creative when it comes to tattoo ideas. Works on apppointment basis only for tattoos. Will pierce walk-ins. Great quality. Dont go anywhere else for tattoos or piercings!!!
