Despite Antonio Costas scathing review, I felt the need to buy craft supplies. Mr. Costa was extremely dissatisfied with the products, yet spent "everything in his pockets" on uneeded stuff. I on the other hand had a plan of action, to purchase arts and craft supplies, which did occur. I on the other hand used my debit card for my purchase.

Nice clean, big store. Well lit and well stocked with almost everything you could want for your creative project. Excellent for both the fine artist as well as the crafter. They also have excellent sales & coupons!

This is a large, clean, well stocked Michaels craft store in an easy to access location. Staff is pleasant and parking is plentiful. Has a full array of crafting and art supplies as one would expect.

Terrible customer service, literally walked around for 15 minutes just trying to find an employee to help me, when I finally did she was rude and unhelpful. They also never have any copic markers.

Good place to shop for crafting and fine art items. Also, yhe staff is helpful and friendly. However, they did not have the bamboo brushes or sumi ink we went there for.

great selection, friendly staff, and reasonable prices (GREAT prices on sale/ clearance items). Michaels also offers great coupons and MILITARY DISCOUNT, which I love.

They always have what I need. I like that they have their own lot so parking is never an issue. P.s. Teachers receive a 15% discount you just show your ID
