Below average Starbucks service. Rude staff. ordered a drip coffee to go in a hurry. More than 5 employees behind the counter and only 2 customers waiting. I waited a while and asked about my coffee. Everyone of the staff was sipping on their own coffee and giggled when they realized nobody was taking care of my order. All the milk jars were empty. I will still come back only for its convenient location, not for the service.

This is a very small Starbucks. They used to have a counter around the perimeter of the stores windows with bar stools. After the store redesign they took out the counter and theres only 2 tables that are occupied by the squatters that never leave. So if you want to hang out for a little bit and enjoy your coffee.....you need to stand around near the milk & sugar bar. Not a great experience.

Longest Ive ever waited for Starbucks. Especially early on a Sunday. High throughput location, lots of mobile orders, I get it, but really now? Also seemed like the one barista was sloppily throwing the drinks together from what I was watching. Ran out of whip, it was sputtering, and instead of getting a new can, she just threw a lid on.

I love love love star bucks lattes, Bellrose is ok drinks are not consistantly the same. Sometimes skim milk (not ordered) syrup added is not same amount, usually not enough, rarely do they put the sleeves on the cups, the baristas dont smile or say anything. Also the cranberry orange scones have been darker/almost burnt.

This is a nice place which I frequent often. Only problem is the young men outside who beg for donations to a charity, which Im not even sure is legitimate. Ive donated two times, & get harassed everytime I try to enter Starbucks. When I say no, they beg for a dollar or two. I try to avoid this Starbucks for this reason

Pretty standard Satrbucks location with friendly staff. It gets pretty busy so the line/wait can be long. With mobile ordering being a thing now, it can also get frustrating when 4 mobile order drinks get called for people who arent there yet and there are 3 people who ordered in the store still waiting.

I love Starbucks! My first coffee when I come into this country was here! People who work on this location is awesome. Like with cooking, you have to put love in there, they doing that. Try this magic Starbucks shop, you will love going there, they make your day :)

Theyre a Starbucks reserve store which means they have a more exclusive selection of "rare" coffee and a special brewing machine called a clover machine. Service was average for a Starbucks. When I visited at 11:00am the place had a fair amount of people in it.

Smaller Starbucks setup so seems to crowded more often than not. 3 Stars because Ive had issues with poor service in this place more than once and to the point where I actually wrote an email to corporate. Only go to this one if I really have to.

Like any other Starbucks, its Starbucks. At its bare minimum, you get a base experience, but from this location specifically, you can expect highly skilled baristas. While the seating would be described as cozy, it doesnt feel cramped at all.

Just went there and there was a long wait and I ordered a cafe vanilla latte and I think they forgot the coffee and the vanilla, I got hot milk for 5.50+ tax. One person was doing the coffee everyone else didnt have any idea what to do..

Quality & Consistency - a VERY busy location mostly setup for to go orders. Near my job Ive been coming here for years. Great people who deal with a lot of customers. I give them so much credit for their resiliency and good humour.

I was not pleased with service here. It was a bit dirty and the barista was doing everything bit making the drinks which were piling up. I placed my order early and received my drink long after others who came after me.

Only 7 chairs available in the entire store for sitting down. Music was loud enough that having a conversation was hard. If you get coffee here, I recommend you get it to go.

Its a Starbucks. Its small. Seating is limited and is often monopolized by hispsters on MacBooks. There is plenty of parking in the mall lot.
