Just went inside to get a tall and a grande frappachino. They were very busy and backed up but i didnt mind waiting. 20 min later they gave me the wrong sizes. The girl josie gave me a really nasty attitude and said "so i guess i have to make both of them again?" well since i paid 10$ for 2 drinks and tipped them yes i expect to get them remade into the sizes i ordered. Im very dissapointed as i work as a manager at a coffee place and if my employees ever behaved that way they wouldnt have a job very long. Such a shame

This location is hit or miss. Depending on which morning crew is in will determine your experience and whether your order will be correct. But the location is great for a meeting or study sessionnim silence.

One of the better starbucks in the NYC/LI area. Can get real busy at times. Staff are friendly and know their customers. They do pretty well with maintaining clean bathrooms unlike their nyc compatriots.

Consistently Starbucks. Tough to get a seat on the weekends especially. Coffee to go is best. Though parking in the lot can be challenging. There is street parking with restrictions though.

just grabbing a cup of coffee can take some time since the place is typically crowded (at least the times Ive been). the staff is friendly and does that best to quickly get your order out.

This place was notoriously slow and unfriendly for years, glad to see new staff with better attitude and turnaround. Now if only they would remove menu items they no longer carry!

Kind staff and it wasnt too crowded on a Friday night. Theres also plenty of places to lounge and they have outlets. Like every other Starbucks is ambiance is great as well!

The girls could use some volume in their announcements but theyre all super friendly and theres never an issue with your order. One of my favorite stops with the kids!

Best Starbucks in the area of the Five Towns...service is fast..barrista was extremely friendly and nice...easy parking..even the coffee tasted better!! My new go to.

Great place to hang out. Parking is available in the back of the store. Location is nearby several restaurants and also wheelchair accessible.
