What a joke this place is, 6 employees standing around doing nothing yet every single coffee urn is empty whenever I go there. And when I asked them, they all walked away. I wont even attempt it anymore. Meanwhile the Chester, NY aPlus is amazing, two staff members and Ive never seen anything out, coffee, condiments, etc. plus they are friendly and professional, Monroe could learn a lesson from Chester for sure.

Arrogant, unpleasant, unprofessional, malicious and incompetent. The gentleman (yes, you the one wearing the glasses working afternoons) on the right was anything but, thanks to his service I will never return and further stress letting anyone else I know endure this terrible business and his service.

Why have over 10 employees working at the same time if your going to have only one person cooking while the rest of the employees stand around and talk.

Recently remodeled. They fill jugs from kegs to sell some varieties of beer. I have never seen this before at a gas station. Very friendly staff.
