Use to be my favorite go to place for many cool items and great prices. Sadly, its no longer true! Selection, prices and quality are pretty dismal. Worst of all, the employees are less inclined to help if you should need it. A glaring example I can specifically recall was I wanted to buy several OT 200 lumen flashlights. The tag on the wall rack was marked $9.99 but the register scanned $14.99! I protested to several people including the so called manager and they said thats the price! I showed them it was posted online as well as in their wall rack ant they said it was a different item! Really? How many 200 lumen flashlights do you offer???!!! So I guess its inevitable. Low prices and.great selection is unsustainable!

Being that you never have all the registers opened at the same time maybe you could improve aisles 12 and 13 by moving the cigarettes to another station and getting rid of the last aisle, 13 is it? That pole jacks everyone up and the aisle services both registers so there are altercations of great wit as to who gets to go ahead. Had some bozo come up today to replenish the iced tea display near the end of the aisle and its 14 degrees out at the time. Time before that someones replenishing the cake area that alongside it with her cart in the aisle. Too much congestion makes you aggravated. Have a nice day and thank you for the service.

I was shopping with my wife, this evening in the auto department and needed to purchase a battery tender. I saw one for 29.98. When I brought it up to pay it was 59.98. The cashier called her manager over . She then went to the section were I took it from. She apologized for the confusion in there price tags. And honored the lower price. Not only was the manager professional but extremely friendly, and so was staff. I just wanted to thank the team for taken care of me. I will tell all my family and friends what a great experience I had at Mohegan lake Walmart. Day and time 9/12/2014 Friday 10:35pm.

Very poor service. I bought these really cool cups at the White Plains store, I wanted to buy more, so I drove 30 mins. To the Mohegan Lake store, it was a mess weeding thru theyre inventory. Was so happy I found 4 , only to find out they wanted more money for them. I showed them receipt, she couldnt care less. I thought all Walmarts charged the same prices.... wont shop there anymore :(

THE WALMART IN PEEKSKILL NY SUCKS NOT ONE WORKER SMILES. IF I COULD MAKE ALL THEM WORKERS SMILE ID BE A VERY RICH PERSON AND WALMART WOULD BE FUN TO SHOP AT. The rudeness is all about this part of New York. Same thing at the local Dollar Tree dollar store. No smiles. No "thank yous" -- thy state the price, take your money, hand you your change, and theyre done. Infectious ignorance, I guess. With jobs so scarce youd think people would make an effort to be courteous, if not actually friendly, but noooooo...

The people that work for all walmarts are unedicated, underpaid and over worked timewise and get screwed for their overtome, how thrilled would you all be? Work for walmart then write your true review. Back when i tried working for them, they requsted i leave my job making 11.60 per hour pt job for their then 6.50 per hr postion, i quit on the spot.

Not a "super" WalMart so there are no veg or dairy or frozen foods. Not a fantastic selection of items. Employees are generally pretty unhelpful but thats most WalMarts Ive been to. However, its got your home-need staples at good prices so its worth it for things like light bulbs, extension cords, and batteries.

Rude, dishonest and unhelpful employees. In 3 years of shopping ive experienced multiple racist encounters from associates especially the old cashiers. Associates never know the product and always give vague and wrong directions. CSM supervisors are extremely rude and shouldnt have jobs in the service dept.

Its convenient in terms of location for this area, but its not always well stocked and its not well organized/clean. The workers are not very helpful, especially when asked for help to carry a big t.v. They seem to be too busy talking with eachother and were annoyed when I asked for help.

Red box was not working so I stood in line for over 20 minutes at the costumer service desk and then all the clerk said was to find another location. There should have been more lines opened. There were 7 employees standing around doing nothing at the time.

Theres not much that makes this location stand out. It offers the typical options. Its not a supercenter, so dont expect a garden or car department. The store isnt always the cleanest, but not terrible either. Good for times when youre in a pinch.

Small size for a Walmart but it has the essentials at Walmart prices. Not a lot in the way of food. Just a few non-refrigerated staple items. Good sporting goods and auto accessory departments. Clothing and electronics prevail here.

This Walmart sells wood pellets for $5 a bag They are left out in the rain and sold to unsuspecting customers. No returns , buyer beware Very rude customer service. I have 40 bags and a broken pellet Stove Thanks Walmart !!!!!!

Bunch of morons. Ran my credit card 9...yes 9 times and locked it out. Called my bank to have it unlocked. They ran it 3 more times. Locked it out again. Was so irate i left my cart with $250 worth of merchandise.

This Walmart is by far the most clean one Ive ever been to,the staff is a plus I will definitely recommend this Walmart Ive been going to the one in white plains for years and that place is disgusting and a zoo

The staff is not trained and often cannot even steer you to the section youre looking for. They are pleasant but clueless about the products. Also the directional signage is useless or non-existent. Never again

Horrible customer service in the front. Clearance items are not marked the new price before being stocked in clearance aisle. Waited 1/2 hour for someone to get the marked down price at the register.

Dissapointed since the weekly ad showed groceries and meats but when we got there it was a small grocery section and no meats or frozen foods.the only refrigerator was for beer.

Not the best clothing selection, and there are no cold food products besides beer. That being said, the staff is helpful and everything else the store offers is fine.

This Walmart has one of the slowest return/customer service desks i have ever been too. The few times i have been here they have been out of stock of what i needed.

Great prices, friendly staff. Its well maintained, as opposed to how most walmart are with overstock & clearance. Pretty much their departments are presentable.
