I live in Millbrook and go to this hardware store a few times a week for anything from cleaning supplies to hardware to gardening to paint. Ive never encountered a rude person or someone unwilling to help - in fact its the opposite. You cant walk around the store without having some friendly staff member approach you to ask if you need help. I count on this store for every household need, and have never been disappointed - in fact Im often surprised at the items they stock, and theyve saved me SO many trips to the nearest Home Depot. I highly recommend Reardon Briggs!

This business cant be beat. Great pricing, they do tires on the spot while I get to go look at the new toys in the show room! Service dept. is very knowledgeable. You may have to wait a week or two for a machine but that is normal at this time of year. I will be bringing in my tractor during the winter for the yearly service! Great business I highly recommend them!!!

VERY, VERY slow and un courteous service department, i can not speak for the sales or parts departments but my 1 star is for the service department. when they actually answer the phone they only give excuses for long delays or even give attitude over the phone, i would not reccoment this business to anyone needing sevice done on any equipment!!!

Im a confirmed "diy er" Wether its matching screws selecting paint or parts for a dishwasher install the staff are knowledgable patient & friendly.
