Horrible experience...ordered a wedding band for my fiancé here and my parents went to pick it up. The lady was extremely disrespectful as she asked my father for an Id as soon as he walked into the store without him saying a word that he is there for pick up which is so RACIST just because he wears a turban and looks different. None of us were asked for an Id when we went to purchase the ring at the door...my parents felt horrible and this is NOT how you make your customers feel...I wish I was there because this is totally UNACCEPTABLE to make anyone feel uncomfortable and ask for their Id the minute they enter the door without any reason. The staff, in general, seems so disinterested in selling anything and doesnt want to their job...please hire people that are more respectful and open minded and are not racist...never coming back to this store again!!

Horrible customer service called in to find out if they had an estimate on fixing my sunglasses , which I was told I would get call in 3 to 4 business days , so no call I decide to call 2 weeks later and a worker Named DONNA TELLS ME WELL WE PROBLY DONT HAVE ESTIMATE YET , I explained can she please look it up as maybe I missed call bad reception etc and she choice to keep explaining how they PROBLY DIDNT KNOW YET , instead of telling me well give me a second or call back number so I can look into the matter for you,horrible customer service !!!!

I bought a wedding band here and promised me can get it in 7-10 days. But actually wait for 1 month. During this month, no one contact me, no information about my ring. And every time I call the sales person, she always said will call me back asap, but every time I wait for several hours and still no response. Finally I got the ring and want to exchange the size, and things happen again. The whole shopping experience is horrible. Definitely not gonna shop here again. BTW, cant refund it even is all their fault.

Ordered a ring from this place after waiting 2 weeks when I was promised only 5 business days .SO AFTER GOING back and forth for 2 weeks. My dad went into pick up the ring and was asked to show his Id as soon as he entered the store. Without anyone even greeting him and he being a Indian male with a turban was treated very poorly and was a victim of RACISM. I wouldnt recommend this store
