Hope Gozo

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I felt completely comfortable from the moment I walked into the door. The staff was friendly, attentive and really accommodating. I wanted the balls of my piercing to be a less noticeable color than the standard silver balls and they helped me find the right color with no problem. All my questions about the dos, donts and maintenance of the piercing were answered without hesitation. I even received an honest opinion about weather I should get another piercing or not. (I didnt have enough time off from work to let it fully heal so Ill have to save that for next time.) The needle and jewelry were taken out of the package in front of me, and the ring, with the alternate balls, were sterilized in front of me as well . The piercing itself was less then a minute and literally painless. The only downside is that they are cash only, but that wasnt much of an inconvenience since there are at least 3 bank ATMs in 2 block radius. I am more than satisfied with my experience at Studio 316 and I will definitely be back!

Went in for a small wave tattoo with blue and white coloring. When it healed it was not at all how I wanted. Theres no white and barely any blue. I was promised complimentary touch ups for life and when I requested one they told me I had to pay the shop minimum of $50! They told me it was only free touch ups after the first month. For anyone who has tattoos, you know a month is barely enough time for a tattoo to heal properly. The only alternative they offered for the free touch up was "if you get another tattoo we would use the same needle to touch up your other tattoo" I only gave them 1 star because no stars isnt an option.

Everyone at this place was so friendly and La Pirata (the piercer) make you feel so comfortable and nice. I came 2 different times here first for my cartilage and second time for my navel piercing and they were made by her and it took her 2 seconds and if not less. Im so satisfied and happy, theyre very clean here and my piercings are doing more than fine:)

I came to get a dermal piercing removed, which many studios will not do. Everyone was very friendly and personable and my piercer seemed knowledgeable and professional, and she got my piercing out quickly and with minimal pain. Prices were comparable to all of the other studios I looked at. Would definitely go here again!

Everyone here was friendly, the place was clean, my tattoo artist (Sebastian) did a great job and the best of all they make you feel great about your age (lol) ... I have gotten all my 12 piercings with them and I will continue to go to only this place. I travel from Westchester all the way to Queens for my piercings. Love this place!! ❤
