Horrible customer service!! They post on their FB page that touch ups are free, yet I was told I waited past 30 days. The artist who worked on my tattoo (Daye) then told me I did not properly care for my tattoo afterwards. This makes tattoo #22, Im pretty sure I know how to take care of my artwork by now. Also it is very clear from the pics that I have that I was cut during tattooing, what I went home and made cut marks in a fresh tattoo myself? Daye said she never got the pic of the cuts sent within days of this tat, but then in later messages, she claims she went back and saw the pic but that I still waited too long for a touch up. Should that have not been the obvious next move? I am now expected to pay twice for something I already paid for. Anything to make a quick buck I guess!! Oh and did I mentioned I was blocked from leaving a negative review on their FB Page? Please spend your money for quality elsewhere!!

UPDATE: ****"The person that posted the 1 star review did it after threating of doing so if she didnt get a free touch up service for her tattoo after 6 months she first go it. The store have a 30 days policy to come back and get any fix or re- touch done or at least call and let someone at the store know you will be needing one. Tamara Smith was offered a discounted $20 fee which covers the new material and needles to Re-do her tattoo having the consideration because she "couldnt " stop by in 6 months as she claims but suddently needed one after her friend informed her he was able to get a free touch up.**** Top quality custom work.Every artist is 10+ experienced and customer service is top priority. Very friendly atmosphere and the space is open and clean. All material used is autoclave sterilized and disposable.

Amazing artist with amazing experience, hands down the best tattoo place in NYC, Ive gotten already over more than a few tattoos by the artist Daye and besides being very professional and friendly she help change my life, Im in my early 20s and Ive been losing my hair but lately its been very progressive, I have my own business so I deal with people personally and I like to go out with my friends but since my hair loss I went from charming and charismatic to a bit self-conscious.... but Daye not only gave me back my confidence, she gave me back my youth, I did the micro pigmentation tattoo and after one session Im more than happy! Im confident and feel better than ever. Thank you Deya and Tatttoo Mayhem and for those who are thinking about dont hesitate and check out my pics.

I been there many times, I got my 2nd, 3rd and 4th tattoo here, Edy and Tommy friends of mine got their first tattoos here, Daye work on us patiently, nicely, and she really into her work, she will designed, draw and make what you want, not like in many places that they convince you to make what later you will regret for life, Let me tell you a secret I also bring Johanna here to do her rosary tatooo on her ankle, we were married at that time, she got done by Dayes boyfriend;husband maybe! they both so nice,we all coming back soon.
