Very bad customer service If I could I will give zero stars. I shop here very often.... and today was regular shopping evening except I came here with my little daughter to get her some milk and other groceries. I use WIC checks for her milk, pasta and juice. So I got everything on my list as I usually do, when I came to the cashier all negatively started. The salesperson (male) was very nice and attentive but he was new and he didnt really know about WIC checks, so he ask his (supervisor maybe....) I remember her as salesperson, she came and started to dismiss all items and saying this wrong that wrong. .. I was surprised because when she was a salesperson she never told me that all my items does not include in WIC checks so it was new for me, so she is telling me to go and change everything and I cant leave my little daughter at the cashier, she was playing there with the bunch of ball putting them in cart, so I asked her if someone can get me those items that I need, she said NO go get them yourself. ... shocking for me... OK I had to put all the balls inside the other basket to make some room for my daughter to put her back in cart.... went got every pasta I was usually getting, came back had to wait again for her to come and tell me everything was wrong. ..I got so upset why she never told me that before when she was a sale person like that guy....not sure what she was trying to show there but very poor customer service, so I got more upset and told her at this point I dont really know what to take, thank god she went and got for me what I need......, so she started to check me out and was very nasty, I got some fruit and cranberries so she threw them on side and told me it doesnt not include in WIC check I said thats fine I will buy them but dont be so nasty to the customers I feel like I was in dirty , disgusting place! I run out of that store... never gonna go there better to drive some where in oceanside. ....

I like their organic produce selection. I wish their focus on organic and local standards spread to the meat, baking, dairy, and deli departments. Good Parking. Ive even used the Shop Online -Pick Up at Store service a few times which is extremely useful. Keep up the good work, and I hope I see LOCAL Organic Ground Turkey Meat, Organic Turkey Burgers etc. (With all of the painful confrontations on our Amazon Rainforest, I want everyone to assure me that their livestock (Beef) is raised outside of Brazil. I hate to say this, because Brazil is such a beautiful country. .But what these greedy selfish people are doing is despicable. They are burning down the rainforest, and planting grass seeds to raise cattle! Its Shameful, and I want NO PART IN SUPPORTING IT.) Anyways, 4 Stars!!!! Again, keep up the good work!

Wonderful that they double $1 coupons. Up to 5. But the process is painful. Every coupon I was questioned. "Did you buy this ? Where is it ? " I wanted to say you rang it up, you bagged it, now you want me to find which bag YOU put it in ? Then not honoring a coupon that was not to be doubled. But the manager says. " the computer isnt accepting it. You must have gotten the wrong size" no I read the coupon it was for ANY. Excluding travel & twin pack. Then the customer after me starts yelling at me as though I did something wrong. Its their system & management. Manager wasnt helpful & cashier was a delight.

The store itself is nice & seems clean. It has a decent selection of products but they are sometimes hard to find. It would be very convenient for me to shop there but I dont particularly like their store brand products and I find the prices are higher than Stop & Shop so thats where Ill stay.
