Had an issue with LED dome light not fitting into housing because it was too big. Had no issues returning the bulb, but was given no alternative to this issue. Was told to call the Kia dealership about my problem. I went to Advanced Auto instead, where they were able to find an alternative. Oh and I purchased map lights while I was there :) Manager that did return was no help.

Staff at this store are too rude for words, particularly the guy whos nose looks like it should be on a toucans face than a humans, I wouldnt usually stoop to the level of using a persons looks against them, but bwoy this guy is something to be seen... Actually I feel a bit sorry for him come to think of it, POOR GUY!

Picked up a couple of items for my 1959 Jeep. Counter staff were very helpful. Their computer system has photos and diagrams which certainly helps when trying to replace obscure 50 year old parts.
