I think this place is great. Whenever I need things for my car that I can actually do, or understand, this is where I go. They are friendly, knowledgeable, fair priced and have even helped with things like putting in a headlight when time allowed. Super nice folks. I favor the small businesses when possible, but this is a nice alternative over fighting crowds at a big box store. Its a chain (franchise?) with a personal touch.

Visited for other reasons, but found it well staffed. Your wait time to look up or talk to staff about parts would probably be very short. All shelves well stocked.

No complaints. Lady attendant working went out of her way to get my parts when she could have just pointed me to them. I appreciate her going that extra mile.

Needing a spare headlight bulb, my trip was made extremely quick with the help of the store clerk. My time spent may have been two minutes at most.
