Miracle Mile Harley has been nothing but professional, helpful, and on the money. Im disappointed and surprised to read some of these negative reviews - I have seen no evidence of any inappropriate conduct in any department. Ive got a new bike (purchased elsewhere, ) and so have been making a bit of a pest of myself, asking 1000 questions, and seeking advice about upgrades and just picking their brains about general information. Some subjects are potential money-makers for the dealership, while some are not. They respond to each the same way, so I disagree with the previous comment suggesting that theyre only interested in the fast buck. I especially enjoy and appreciate Bill (parts counter) for his vast knowledge and warm, caring personality. When i talk with him, it feels like im talking to one of my friends. While Id like to say that he has spent an unbelievable amount of time with me, I dont want anyone to think he gets wrapped up in one customer at the expense of any other, Ill just say hes a great juggler. Before I buy anything there, he takes the time and effort to ensure that Im buying what I need. I guess he subscribes to the opinion that hed rather gain a good customer than make a quick sale. Its worked out well for us both! Id also like to address the previous comment about the lack of urgency in the service department. Ive found just the opposite: theyve "squeezed me in" on more than one occasion - once for something minor, and once for something big. They, too, are not in it for the quick buck. I asked them to install a part for me, but Matt convinced me that I could do it myself, and save my money for next time! The service department has offered me some great tips and techniques, warning me of things I need to watch for, when they could have easily told me that a particular task is over my head. When they HAVE done a job on my bike, its always done right, the first time. Theyre a dealer shop, so the prices are what they are. I know you get what you pay for. The girls in the boutique are friendly and knowledgeable, always guiding me to the best items and warning me away from items of questionable quality. While I have no direct experience with the sales department, they always greet me, even though they know Im not in the market for a new bike at this time. They do come over to see if I have any questions as Im checking out the latest model or a pre-owned bike on the floor. And they really know their stuff inside and out. I can say with complete sincerity, this is the best dealership Ive ever visited. No kidding.

Bought a bike recently from them and although i felt it was a reasonable price, i got it for 500 more than the discounted price that was offered to me the day before i picked it up. The discount had apparently not been approved by the owner and i was offered a rewards program that in short makes me spend 1000$ at their store to recieve 100 back in store credit. Only at their store, so basically a 10% rebate after 1000$, not throughout harley only at miracle mile, quite the incentive. After riding for a few days i unfortunetly went down on a turn due to the tires the bike had come with. They had gone through dry rot which made them stiff and slippery due to being over 8 years old. They sold me a bike that was in prestine condition that needed no attention, which is what i was told. 2 mechanics one being a harley specialist looked at the tires and looked at the date of manufacturing and told me the tires were a hazard. Easily comparing them with other bikes you can see how stiff and slick they were regardless of tread. Miracle mile did not acknowledge this and told me to go through insurrance. They only thing they offered was a "discount" for new tires which was still more expensive then getting it done at another dealer without a discount, which i did. The sales team was very friendly which is what is expected but after this experience im going to take my buisness elsewhere.

Very DISAPPOINTED ! !! I have had a great experience with the sales dept when purchasing my bike, as many friends of mine have in the past. But Service Dept. Leaves me furious. Everytime I take my bike there they have no sense of urgency. They take my bike, take money and I have to call repeatedly to get updates on my bike. They can be very rude and come out of there mouths the wrong very often and the kind of money spent on a harley deserves respect and patience. Only recently after thousands spent Im getting better attitudes but still extremely long waits for my bike repairs. Its aggravating and Im on the edge , Im going to have to take my service where its appreciated. And its a shame because the merchandise sale, bike sales, and parts sale Are great people, patient and kind. AND DO NOT Misunderstand, this has nothing to with the mechanics, this is strictly about the customer interaction and the people in service that represent the mechanics!
