Unfortunately the employees there are somewhat retarded. i bought a radio remote control toy car. i did not use it so i tried to return it 4 days later. when i went in to the store the security told me where the return desk was. The Indian lady at the return desk accused me of taking it off the self and return it as some sort of a scheme. The supervisor and the security team took me into the managers room and interrogated for nearly 4 hours. i promise you im not making this up. I was finally able to convince them to call the cops so this would be resolve sooner. After a while one of the employees said "um guess i dont think he did anything illegal". After a few days they finally agreed to give me a refund. they are crazy and paranoid. customers beware.

My favorite is the flyers: they always have something new. I go to the electronic section to see what the latest gadgets theyll pop up now that Micro Center is next door. They have variety of delicious breads, tube socks, colorful towels, cheap cereals and friendly cashiers. The reason I give four stars is lack of toys and lack of service. (OK, so theres a kid in me. So what) But all in all, its cool. New Yorks own Walmart.

They were forced to file bankruptcy and were closed for a while. Now they are re-opened. The service is mediocre. But some of the prices are very good. I do not feel that the prices for clothes are good. You could get a better deal at Kohls or another clothes store.

They are so slow in doing their returns. They lose papers and customer service sucks!. They dont help you. They hang up on your phone calls and try transferring to people who will never get back to you. BUYER BEWARE OF THE WORST WORKERS AND TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
