There are a few key indicators I look for and just about any store or business. To ascertain whether or not a store is is well managed, immediately look for a few visual cues. In my opinion the most important indicators are as follows. The first impression of the customer and General organization the store speaks volumes. The decision making process of the customer is greatly influenced when you walk through the front door and are impressed with just the aesthetic properties. In addition, helpful and uniformly dressed staff implies a well managed store. It tells you that the staff receive a lot of oversight and training. Employees that take initiative and understand the concept that helping the customer even if its to the point where its a temporary hinderance. This store deserves the highest review possible and is highly recommended. You dont often see management capable of seeing the big picture while running a business.

The stuff you buy their are cheap.. but nit made to last long..if you taking a trip.... or vacation.. good place to buy something you might loose on your trip.... you wont care..
