The store name is also known as "Evergreen Optical." Although the optometrist was spectacular and highly professional, the middle-aged sales woman was obnoxious and rude. I havent shopped at this store for nearly ten years and have been using contact lenses for longer than that. My store moved locations so I tried this store again. I had a few problems with my prescription for the first time because they didnt carry my brand of contact lenses, Cooper Visions Vertex Toric. I tried Acuvee Oasis but they moved around too much when I blinked so the doctor recommended I try my usual brand. Once I received my sample and later prescribed lens, I noticed my prescription was off. I called Hanmi and they told me to contact Cooper Vision directly for an exchange. I did so and Cooper Vision told me that I should ask the store I bought the lenses from to contact them. Its surprising enough that Hanmi didnt know that customers couldnt exchange products directly woth the manufacturer and recommended that I do so but it was even worse when the saleswoman lost her temper within the first five seconds of asking me for assistance. She clearly misunderstood the situation as I was going to pay any fees so they would have no deficit on their end. Calling a customer "dude" with a loud and demeaning voice just defines this store. I will never shop here again. You have been warned!

아이안경을 polycarbonate 렌즈로 했는데 새로하고 오래지않아 렌즈 중간에 물방울 튄것처럼 코팅이 벗겨지기 시작했어요. 한두번 안경을 한것도 아닌데 이런경우는 처음이라 문의전화를 했더니 뭐라뭐라 변명하기 급급하더니 급기야 손님이 있다고 전화를 일방적으로 끊어버리네요. 물어내라던것도 아닌데 기분이 너무 상해서 되돌려 전화해서 하고난 손님은 손님도 아니냐고 말이야 했지만 이제다시는 가고 싶지않네요.

Everything is pricey, although the optician was professional and kind the sales person is not the best! Glasses are fragile and doesnt last long
