Walked into the store, said hello and watched as two men working behind the counter went back to reading their news paper. After about a minute of just standing there, one of them finally said, "how can I help you?". I needed a copy of a key and when I went home to try it it didnt even work. Horrible service.

I called and asked for a particular part. The manufacturer of the part gave me this exact stores phone number. The person did not know how to use the computer and find the model number I provided him. When I asked to speak to someone else who could possibly help, he got extremely nasty and screamed at me.

Mumbled shut up for a second when asked a question. Made keys that didnt work... Wrong type picked. Weird employee.
