Horrible place that management just pretends like they want to help you and they never follow through. Went there 5 times to find something i had a coupon and after the fifth time a manager said he would call me when they came in the next day. No such calls ever received and when I called two days later to see what was going on I had a manager that was rude and tried to claim they have had that product in the store the whole time when every time I was there and could not find it i asked an employee to look. So after this whole ordeal (which I never got the product because surprise surprise they were not there for the sixth time) I called customer service and waiting on hold for 45 mins waiting for an agent until the system hung up on me. Then I proceeded to email customer service asking for a call from a district manager or higher and after multiple emails back and forth i still have no phone call. This company should not be allowed to advertise something they dont have in stock, as well as all these managers that cant/refuse to call customers should all be fired. I chose to spend more money and go to a company that actually treats their customers with respect. I suggest everyone else does the same to show Harbor Freight that this kind of poor customer service and lack of sale inventory will not be accepted!

Me and my daughter Michelle stopped at this store on 05/10/17 around 02:10 PM and we approched the manager ( a tall blonde guy i dont remember the name ) just to ask a simple question and he didnt stop to talk to us and acted like he didnt care. I felt really bad, because im in a management course right now and one of the main thing about be a nabager is be nice, polite to custoners. I will not return to that stores never more. I feel sorry for the company. They should give more training and get people more qualified for this type of position.

My first choice for picking up just about any tool I need. Biggest selection than most of the big box stores. Not just workshop tools, they carry many useful items for use in many areas of the home from kitchen to bath. Great stop for the DIY craftsmen.

Great store. Employees are very helpful and returns were simple. You cant beat the coupons and the free gifts are great. In 15 yrs of buying from them i only returned 2 items.
