The customer service sucks. Employees rather restock shelves than provide a helping hand. The conversations between employees are unbelievable. Obe youbg female employee was talkibg about sex during my checkout process at the photo center. Other than the horrible service, they always have what I need & its very convenient. Just not professional enough.

Stood by photo pick up for more then 10 minutes no acknowledgement by staff that seem to be helping one person ....finally a manager appeared and quickly paged another associate to assist me.....waited by myself for 15 minutes for a transaction that was completed in one minute

the place is okay. i go there because it close to my house but when good sales come by, this store gets sold out pretty quickly. the staff is nice, it depends who you talk to. and sometimes the lines and get very long but thats life.
