I have been doing my shopping at this specific store for about 6 years and Ive watched it significantly improve over the years. Their selection has expanded, the sales are irresistible, their bulk section is beyond great, their produce is usually in great shape and I love that they keep it as local as possible, their bakery is wonderful... I could go on and on. The only down side is that the customer service waxes and wanes in its quality, but Im not surprised considering the surrounding demographic and pool of employable people that they have to hire from. Keep doing what youre doing Tops!

This place has terrible atmosphere! Management is terrible to their employees, no wonder I cant recognize the employees half the time. I was in the store earlier and couldnt find an item, I caught an employee heading to an aisle from the register and asked for help. After they helped me find my item, who I imagine was this employees supervisor took them aside and started scolding them for helping me! How can you get in trouble for serving a customer in customer service?!

It was good but unfortunately I have been going there for 20 years so I am numb to it and strong felt about it strong feelings for it I have seen this store grow from small to large two largest in area to challenge by larger other stores moving to area and heard many stories about employees watched employees grow up to become mature there so in my opinion of the store I leave it to you visit it while we still have it or go with the new

if there was monopoly all year long, 6 stars. the cashiers here take the place to -3 stars, but we end up at 4 stars due to the good selection of everything from meats to animal foods, as well as the convenient store layout, bulk candy section, and occasional weekend offering of the new york times. the beer section is large in size, but small in ambition and lacking in execution. a fine selection of toothpastes.

Your standard, neighborhood grocery store. They keep items stocked and the store clean. Ive never had a problem finding what I need, although they dont carry some of the more exotic spices or ingredients for niche dishes. Still, a big gluten-free, organic, natural and produce selection.

They have everything I need there, generally. If shopping on Saturday, expect stock of "on sale" items to be low. Also, expect to get attitude from the deli when you want meat sliced thinner than the meat that has been sitting in the deli case for hours...

Tops is a nice supermarket, very good selection and wide variety of items. However without the loyalty card, the prices seem to be a bit high. They do have full banking dept, similar to Walmart. All in all a good supermarket

Advertised good offers but the prices are jacked up compared to the other stores in the area. So the deals really arent good deals at all. You can buy a six pack of Coca-Cola at Price Chopper for $3.50 at Tops it cost $7.50.
