I went to the Food Lion in Cambridge MD to buy my lottery tickets. I was at the lottery machine and asked the cashier if she knew how to run the machine. She did not and told me the person who did was with a customer at the time. That person showed up and was filling out the form for renting a rug shampoo machine and I asked her if she would mind taking a second to print my tickets because the drawing cut-off was about to happen. She totally ignored me and continued to until it was too late for the drawing. It would have been simple to print my ticket and I was very clear that the time was running out. I was very upset and left and I will never go back in that store again despite the next closest grocery store being 30 minutes away. What ever happened to customer satisfaction????

Stafff is always friendly. Prices are pretty affordable on most items, especially meat. Great prices on meat and if you dont already have an mvp card, i highly recommend it! They always have sales goin on and extra discounts with the card. Plus u can go online and clip more coupons to your card and they are automatically applied at checkout when u swipe your mvp card.

Always stocked for their sales. On rare occasion an item is popular, they make getting a rain check easy. Stores are clean and enough cash registers open!

I went for orange glo and they didnt have it. They dont carry a few of the products I like. Quick friendly service and good prices, though.
