From the first time I walked into the shop, Gail, the shop owner, has been warm and informative. I have taken several classes at the shop and have participated in a couple of sit and knit evenings. My questions are answered with patience, and my knitting needs are always met. I feel very fortunate to have this yarn shop virtually in my back yard!
