There is a general feeling from almost all the employees that they hate their job. Its clear theyre being mismanaged. I went to get something printed, stood there for five minutes while no one acknowledged me. Then, they did my project wrong after I explained what I needed to two different people - it took days, thankfully it wasnt time sensitive. While there I saw complete disorganization among the how the employees are managed - paging for help back and forth, a line of people not being helped, etc., etc. The tallish guy with the glasses, maybe late 20s or early 30s, he was able to help me and seemed to care about his job - promote this guy! Clearly something is going wrong with management at the top.

This location lost my $200 package before turning it over to the Post Office - That means the insurance doesnt apply because the post office never got it, and Staples claims no responsibility. They gave me the same not responsible line after months of contacting customer service and going through the Better Business Bureau - customer service and store employees were unfriendly and unhelpful throughout the entire process. Not recommended for shipping because they are not reliable or trustworthy.

I agree that Staples needs to clarify its on line vs. store pricing policy.... I was told by a district manager that if an item that was "store only" was not in the store but in the warehouse that the sales associates can indeed ring up and order the item at the sale price. I think there is a lot of confusion with Staples sales staff regarding what can and can not be done regarding online vs. store pricing discrepancies.

SCAM - Low Price Guarantee Is A Joke! I was told by the manager that they would not price match an item that I found at Best Buy. They said the item was on sale at Best Buy and included an instant rebate, therefore they couldnt match it. This is where the scam stars. After reading the Low Price Guarantee policy they shouldve honored the pricing. In fact, the policy states Best Buy on it as a competitor.

Staff was generally dismissive and rude. Registers are staffed by one person who runs off to take care of all issues, meaning that any purchase takes at least 10 minutes to check out. Takes longer to buy anything at the store than if I went to Wal-Mart. I was so dissatisfied after our last visit that I dropped items on counter and just left.

I totally agree with some of the reviews. I think this store is mismanaged and the staff is generally dismissive and rude. The source of it could be the Store General Manager Deb. She is nothing but a disater to the store. I dont know why staples why hire this kind of person as a manager.

Every time I come here, I have to wait. Wait time is too long. Instead of cashing me out, the employee decided to continue to assist some lady that was unhappy with her product at the printing desk. He should have had her wait (since she came in second) and cashed me out.

Staples is my go to for shipping, blowing up inages, business cards and computer maintanence. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have a custom sign small business and they have helped me make more money and save money.

Store is not nearly as friendly as it used to be and seems very cluttered, hard to walk around without feeling overwhelmed. by the way....$2/sheet to fax something
