WORST customer service EVER. I called the store one minute before closing time to let them know my husband was down the street on his Vespa and rushing there to get in before 8:00 as our baby was sick and needed some medicine. I politely asked the girl if she would please allow him to run in if he was there in 30 seconds and she rudely said "No" and hung up. When I called back and asked to speak with a manager the same woman answered. I heard her put the phone down and tell the manager there was a customer on the phone to speak to him. She then got back on the phone, told me he was leaving and then HUNG UP ON ME! When I called back a third time she picked up the phone and just hung up without saying a word. After that there was no answer at all. I am disgusted at how unkind and rude these people are and I wonder if the owner has any idea how his employees are treating customers when they want to go home. They have definitely lost my families business and acting this way I am sure we will not be the only ones.

FIX YOUR OVERNIGHT ALARM!!!!!! Park Natural prides itself on the high quality of their goods, and though quite a bit is overpriced, sure its nice to have in the nabe, if you can afford it. But what is health food if youre keeping the neighborhood up all night? Their delivery door alarm has now spent two of the past three nights going off continuously through the night. I live a block away and can hear it through ear plugs and headphones - I cannot imagine what its like for their upstairs neighbors. I spoke to the police who said theyd informed the owner of the broken alarm. So why, then was no action taken? Frankly, it speaks of the disrespect that Park Nat has for the neighborhood - price-gouging, hyper-markups - first they take from deep within our wallets, now they steal from us any chance of deep sleep! Even if I could afford your food, Park Natural, after multiple sleepless nights, I wouldnt want it. Be quiet and let me get some rest! Please!

Ill start off with the positive. The grocery store has a good selection of all natural, organic produce and goods. However, I find some of their prices to be inflated and the owner is very rude. There is no need for him to be condescending. Maybe it is a cultural thing, Im not sure, but Id rather have pleasant experiences than negative ones. Ill be walking ten minutes further to Trader Joes from now on or Union Market when Im in a pinch. Sorry guys, the reviews are right, your customer service sucks.

I bought a bag of clementines here that turned out to be mostly rotten when I got home. No big deal, these things happen. But, when I went back a week later with my receipt and asked for a refund, they refused, saying I needed to bring the fruit back. I am not in the habit of holding on to rotten produce, and in the past, other stores I frequent have gladly made good on these small purchases. I hope the $8 they saved is worth all of my future business that they will lose.

Im editing my initial review due to the fact that the workers are absolutely clueless in terms of what they carry. Instead of checking to see if they have a particular product, they will tell you that they dont carry it. Although, you know they do because you just saw the brand in the store not too long ago. You cant have employees work in a store that are ignorant regarding the stores products.

Great selection (not so much produce-wise) and decently priced when you consider how high the quality is. However, Ill likely never go back because of how rude and immature the cashier was. I was a vile interloper in this girls day, treated with utmost contempt. Disgusting. Many other places to go.

A very well stocked and reasonably priced health food/grocery!! I love this place and I wish it wasnt so far out of my way. The bulk bins are well stocked and clean, everything is decently priced at least and they have amazing sales. Very helpful staff.

Its my go-to spot in the neighborhood for organic groceries. That said, prices can be crazy, particularly on produce. I wish they carried more local produce in season, but what-can-ya-do?
