Lots of options for those looking to get everything from quality supplements, natural & organic products including shampoos, toothpaste, bulk food items and getting a quick bite. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable of course. The product selection for supplements are great. You can find just about everything here. Prices are tad bit higher but considering its Portsmouth its not all that surprising. I frequent this location and highly recommended!

Portsmouth Health Food has it all ... great selection of vitamins/supplements/herbs/oils/ect, grains, nuts and along with natural household products. They also have a sandwich counter that Ive never had the opportunity to try, but it looks great. It is a bit expensive, but there is no +wholefoods close to Portsmouth (although +traderjoes just came in) and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. 10/10 would go again.

A bit on the expensive side as far as produce and food go, but they have a good variety of items in their bulk bins and a good variety of holistic items. There is parking across the street and in the lot behind the building.

Great health food store. Good selection for the size. Madelines kitchen in the back makes amazing sandwiches. Sometimes the staff isnt quite up to par, but that doesnt prevent me from coming here.
