The hype is better than the service and finished product. My dress wasnt well stitched and started coming undone before we even hit the limo. The inside lining on the entire bridal party dresses was some type of net which didnt work well with heels. There were snags all day long and ladies tripping over there dresses. The bride was alsp missing the belt from her dress (major stress the morning of) and to Top it off, the level of customer service isnt where it needs to be. I wont be back nor will I refer this site to any upcoming brides. They deserve better treatment and better product for the amount of money asked to be spent . The staff never could remember the wedding date....that was my 1st indicator that things wouldnt end well. I was right .... more pics coming soon

I was so grateful to find Pantora Bridal truly a hidden gem. Today was the best bridal gown shopping Ive had so far hands down and thankfully the last. I said yes to the sketch!! I wish that every bride (especially curvy and plus) could have the experience I had today. The stores environment is so beautiful and chic but nothing compared to the A1 customer service by Andrea I fully trusted her with my curves and she did not disappoint. My family had a great time it was an experience with them I will treasure forever. I wish the business continued success!! Thank you Pantora!!!

I cant say enough about how amazing my experience was at Pantora Bridal. First of all, I HATE shopping. So the idea of trying on wedding gowns at countless bridal salons made me cringe. But when I went to Pantora I was immediately put at ease. Andrea asked me what I wanted and sketched the dress of my dreams! Throughout the entire process I felt like my custom gown was coming together flawlessly. And on my wedding day I felt like a million bucks! Thank you Andrea for your talent and unparalleled professionalism. If you need a gown for your wedding this is THE place ladies!
