Got locked out of my apartment whilst in the middle of making dinner! I had food in the oven that was burning, and I was terrified of causing a fire. Ron came within 15 minutes and unlocked us in less than a minute! Very generous and friendly guy, fair price, and prompt. Im definitely going to call him if this ever happens again! Would give a higher rating if I could.

My key snapped and broke inside the lock. While being locked out with my keys inside, I called the locksmith. He came, open the lock, and changed our door circle. With good services, he gave us a discount on top and opened a jammed door for me with no cost afterwards!

Used a piece of plastic to open the door, which was great. But charged $120 for 30 seconds of work, and insisted (after the fact) that they be paid in cash. Honestly, they opened the door so service was provided. But it was a very creepy interaction.
