12/25/2015 Shopping at Auto zone seems to be like shopping for stuff at a very well stocked old time general store run by people who have been doing business with you and your family for years……… YOU CAN TRUST THEM TO DO THE RIGHT THING! THEY HAVE REASONABLE PRICES AND WILL NOT RIP YOU OFF! THEY HAVE GREAT BRAKE PAD WARRENTEES. They replaced my pads 4 times since buying a set for my car 10 years / 100,000 miles ago for the price of the first set of pads.They have great warranties on every part they sell. The Bentwood Store Manager Frank V. and staff are bi-lingual and seem to be dedicated to helping the range of car owner who knows little about auto repair to the well experienced “shade tree mechanic” like me. YOU MUST BE WILLING TO WAIT YOUR TURN ON LINE. IT IS WISE TO BE PATIENT AND POSITIVE WITH STAFF THEN THEY WILL BE THAT WAY WITH YOU. The AZ counter women and men are very good at advising you to figure out what you need to complete a project. The will get you a variety of price/warranty selections for the parts you need and they will print diagrams of the auto project you are working on and will lend you good solid advice on what you need tool wise to do the project. Most Tools, auto parts, and supplies are right there in the store. If you purchase things you end up not needing, just return unused stuff for refund WITH THE RECEIPT) They even rent for free expensive tools you only need one time and refund the entire rental fee upon your returning it. The staff will even come out to your car to scan check engine light codes, help install wiper blades, diagnose troubling sounds and situations. Needless to say, I am a long time AZ DIY customer who appreciates their customer service efforts. So I took time to submit this positive review on this web site amidst all the negative reviews. AZ will serve you well and won`t rip you off!

En el horario de atención al cliente dice abierto de 7:30 am y se llegaron las 8:05 y no abrían, otras personas igual que yo optamos con irnos a comprar a la competencia que si cumplen con el horario establecido. Que mala atención se hacían los disimulados al ver a los clientes esperando que abrieran el local. In the hours of customer service says open from 7:30 am and was at 8:05 and they did not open, other people just like I opted to go to buy from the competition that if they meet the established schedule. What bad attention was made to the hidden when seeing the customers waiting for the premises to open.

I went there this morning to buy some stuff. I paid and the person did not give me a bag i had to ask for a bag for my stuff i must have put my wallet down when i bagged it did not realize it until i got home and was looking for it. Called the store they put me on hold for about 10 minutes. Turns out they had it. But when i got there they had taken all my cards out and moved them somehow my debit card was gone and also a $2 bill. Not really good customer service either. It was my f*** up for placing my wallet down but they could have just left everything alone just out of good faith.

Always has what you need the problem is they are always short staff you can be one of 2 customers in the store but if the other customer is at the register having a part looked up you can be waiting for a very long time. Yes it is great that they take the time to look up parts for the customer but they should have a 2nd register for someone looking to make a quick purchase.

This place has two check out options, but one line for parts and one for paying for whatever you want to purchase. But you dont know which line is for which and sometimes a person gets on the wrong line and have to get on line again. This is frustrating because a simple sign that indicates whether you are online for parts or checking out would solve the issue.

Horrible customer service.. not enough workers to check people out on registers... and the only 3 people that works there are so rude and arrogant and they dont have a good presentation.... I dont recommend you to go there because you will wait more than 20 minutes just waiting in line to pay at the register.

Very slow!!!! So many people working their, but it takes forever to either pay for a item or look up a part. This is every time I go their. If your asking why I go their its simple. Certain parts (brakes pads, etc) I get from auto zone are has a warranty and I dont have to pay to replace them.

You have to wait on line that customers are ordering parts. Must of been 15 people waiting to order parts. So I would have to wait an additional 20 minutes to pay for self service goods . They should have a cashier for customers . Had to go to AutoZone in and out in less than 5 minutes

Go here if you have time to waste. The waited an hour only to have the staff totally ignore me and not help me resolve my car problem. So truly only go here if you have nothing to do for the rest of the day and you want to fight to get your car looked at.
