Jillian Candera I beg to differ with your VERY RUDE assessment of this office. The dinosaur that you refer to is a 80 something year old women who is VERY professional and knowledgeable!!! You state that no one came out to help you but complained that she asked you 20 times if you needed help., which is it???? Is it the fact that she is older that makes you assume she does not do a good job when in actuality she is fabulous at picking out the right glasses for patients face types. She has always been very honest about which glasses look good on me and which ones dont. I can only hope that I am that good when I am her age. The fact that you feel the need to call people names and be rude to your elders only speaks of your poor upbringing. As far as the women in the back, yes she could be more friendly, but some people just do not have that personality. I have been going to Doctor Nelson for over 25 years and have found him and ALL of his staff to be nothing but professional and efficient. So please, LEARN TO RESPECT YOUR ELDERS and if you are having a bad day please do not take it out on people who work hard to make sure you can see life and the beauty in it!!!

You are lucky i am giving a star. The doctor was very nice. The lady who works in the back is completely rude and short with patients. As for the dinosaur who works at the front desk when you walk in has to be on the endangered species list and also has no manners. I was trying on glasses to see which ones i liked s taking my time. I see her in the mirrror snickering at me asking for the 20th time if i need help. I said no thank you , I am still looking. She had no idea about glasses or the kind of style. Nobody came out to offer me help. I just picked a pair out and the dinosaur that was trying to rush me couldnt figure out how to write a slip. Omg ! I will never ever go back

Dr.Nelson is absolutely incredible. Over New Years weekend I went to see him to check on why I was having double vision after other doctors had dismissed my symptoms. Dr.Nelson took the time to go through numerous tests with me all the while keeping me at ease while he solved the problem. He figured out what had been affecting me for almost 3wks and immediately sent me to Wills Eye in Philly. Without Dr.Nelson I could have gone blind or worse. I am beyond appreciative for his dedication to his patients and his profession! Hes also pretty funny too I guess. :)

Doctor is the best around helps you out with insurance and glasses come fast for the kids hes given me great deals on second pairs so they have them if they break staff is kind and awesome with me and my family I have and will continue to send my family and friends here

I have been seeing Dr. Nelson since I was a kid. He is fantastic! In fact, my whole family sees him. Dr. Nelson always makes the appointment quick, comfortable, and he even adds a little of his humor. The rest of his staff are professional and very helpful as well.

I went in on a Saturday morning, which is awesome within itself, and the ladies in the office were nice and made jokes with the patients. Dr. Nelson is also very sweet.
