Horrible and rude. The place is dirty, the man behind the counter was rude and lazy. Ive been going there for years to grab drinks and snacks and its been just ok. Today I went in got some candy and want to trade in my scratch off lottery tickets that were winners for more. First the guy takes them to throw in the trash. I proceed to tell him no they are winners and I want to cash them in for more tickets. He tells me scan them at some lottery machine first to tell me if they are winners. I said they are so I dont need to I want to trade them in for more. He tells me no. Either hes extremely dumb or extremely lazy or most likely both. If you want a friendly and clean 7-11 experience go to the one in Pompton Plains. Hopefully they build a quick check right next door to this one.

Some of the people that work here need a good smack in the mouth. Not all, actually just two. A rude gas attendant that likes to talk to customers like trash and this one short dark lady who needs an attitude adjustment.
