I have gone to this location a number of times (each time being worst than the last) but after my last visit, I will not be returning. The facility is filthy, the bathrooms are a disaster, the lights are covered in dust, and I noticed that the syrups/toppings are either expired (Ive seen a syrup that was 7 months old) or close to being so. It seems as if they havent cleaned in weeks. The staff is the farthest from friendly, they arent welcoming, and are extremely slow when it comes to making specific orders. The manager needs to be replaced immediately, considering she is not aware how to run her store. She has yelled at her employees in front of customers! Specifically, she retorted, "do you listen?" when one of her employees didnt know which button to press on the computer. She is extremely rude and makes herself seem demeaning. Today I ordered a smoothie bowl (after 10 minutes of waiting to get helped), and when I paid for it, I was overcharged. I realized that she charged me extra for a froyo that I didnt get. After telling her the price was wrong, she apologized and did nothing to reimburse me for the over charge. Instead of giving me a refund and restarting the transaction, she ignored me and asked the customer behind me what she wanted. When I asked to speak to her manager, she told me she wasnt there although I saw her walking around before this all happened. When I asked for a refund, she looked at me and asked me, "are you on Spring break?" and asked me to come back another time for my refund. To top things off, my smoothie bowl had rotting strawberries on it. Overall, I am astonished that this business hasnt shut down due to the AWFUL service and disappointing products. I cannot believe that these problems are occurring. This needs to be addressed by the corporate Red Mango.

Personally, I dont like the items that this place serves but I applied for a application, called a few times a week for about a whole month and the manager was NEVER there anytime I called. I would write down my name and number for employees to give to the manager. Finally, I was able to catch up with her and I told her my name and was starting to tell her m experience and she stopped me to say "Oh, youre the one that kept writing your name down". Then, she asked me if I was going to college, I told her I just got done with a trade school and was saving up to go back to school and she told me she doesnt think the job would be fit for me.

Today i walked in at 9:10pm (they close at 10pm) the woman said "we are closed" and i said you close at 10 and she told me that "we werent that busy so i closed early and i turned the machines off" first off she shouldnt have "closed early" just becuase it was "slow" second i asked if her manager was in and she lied and said no even tho i knew there was a manager becuase she cant close on her own there has to be a closing manger she didnt even apologize knowing i was pissed this is a horrible o red mango not recommended at all

Pretty similar to all the yogurt chains that have popped up recently... several choices of flavors (most of them taste pretty similar dont go crazy and do 8 different flavors like I did the first time). If youre really careful and go for the light stuff (toppings like flavor balls or cheesecake bites) you can definitely get a beautiful tasty cup for under $5! That being said...dont think this is any healthier for you than regular ice cream. You lose a little in fat but more than make up the calories in sugar!

very poor service. this place used to be very clean but everytime I go here now, I see new employee, who dont really care about the work I guess. Today when we walked in and the girl didnt really care, just casually eating her yogurt cup behind the cash register. she forgot to turn on machines, so the yogurt was all liquidy. when I let her know about she has lil attitude. she said her name is Cindy, wears glasses. I suggest management should speak with her, and work on training their employees better.

This location is a little run down and beat up which is why I rated it a 3. Staff is usually really good though. Parking situation can get bad around mealtimes as there is a Panera in the same lot. Sometimes it seems like one of the blenders doesnt blend as well as it should and it will have to be run 2 or 3 times before it blends to the right consistency. Smoothies are really good though.

This Red Mango needs a new manager. She is very rude and speaks down to her employees. She doesnt pay employees correctly and always deducts from there pay. I know because I use to work there until I decided I could no longer put up with her crap. She is money hungry and very cheap.

The items arent even worth it! At night, I ordered before they closed and they didnt wrap up the toppings (oreos, m&ms, gummy bears, etc). The chairs in there are never wiped down (always have the same stains all the time).

I discovered red mango while working in west Caldwell. Moved down here and frequently visit this location. Their metabolism booster drinks are delicious
