I went to this pharmacy on Sat. 4/4/15. Two ladies were standing behind the counter with the curtain half down. When I approached they said they were closed. I said my Dr. just called in the RX and I came right over. The one talked to the other and then the other came over (young Blonde) and said were closed! I said "look at my ankle" (VERY bad sprain and REALLY swollen) She said "I see it, but you are a new client and it will take too long to take all your information and are computers are off and were closed." Well tomorrow is 4/5/15, Easter!!! They are closed on Easter. The RX was for pain and to take the swelling down and this Pharmacist had no compassion what so ever! I got my Dr. to switch the RX to Rite Aid. I will NEVER go back to Shop Rite Pharmacy and I will make sure to tell every one I talk to in my area not to go there! Plus I plan to take this further and to her superior. Thanks for reading my rant, Bobbie

I HATE this pharmacy! I get my own meds at Greyrock Pharmacy because of THEIR impeccable service and smiling faces, I get my daughters meds here since its only a 3 min drive from my home. ANYTIME I have to get HER meds from this particular shop rite, I have NEVER had a good experience! They were INCREDIBLY rude, ALWAYS make me wait, Id be standing in window for 10-15 minutes until SOMEONE finally acknowledges my existence!! Just FIRE entire staff and start over! Between theyre dirty looks and eye rolling to theyre BAD attitude, totally not worth the trip... even if it IS a 3 min drive

Had my dr call in a Rx for me, since posted hours for a Saturday were later than another pharmacy. Since I was rendered blind, I had to wait for a ride. Got to the pharmacy at 6pm (posted hours for Saturday said 7:30pm) and the gate was down and locked. Couldnt get the medication for my eyes or the eye patches. Why have the pharmacys posted hours on the front of the store and not adhere to them? Im going to try again today, lets see how it goes.

This is the fastest pharmacy around. I never have had a problem here..The pharmacists and the girls that give u the meds, are always super nice. This Shoprite seems to hire only nice people..Robyn

This pharmacy is horrible. I was told three times they didnt receive my RX when it was resent 3 times. no success. finally switched pharmacies and had no problems.
