Phoned in to see if they had a prescription on Oxycodone-Oxycontin, and the man treated me like a criminal. I gave him all the information on my script, and he was still asking why I hadnt gotten it filled since it was originally prescribed 3 months ago. Explained that no matter where I went, they were always out of stock of the generic. Ive been dealing with this severe back pain for 3 months and finally when I find a location that has some generic in stock, he refuses to fill the script. Puts me on hold to "call my doctor," and never pick up the line for me again. This is an awful way to treat customers. Never will I ever bother to do business with this establishment again.
