Poor kmart. I dont see how this liston can make it. They cant match the stock and pricing from Walmart which is in the next mall 2 minutes away. The pathmark closed last year, so did Fins restaurant. The only thing left is a pawn shop which seems to do better business than kmart, 2 gyms, and a pool store. Alllll the way on the other side of the parking lot is a barber, photo store and a rainbow clothing store thats been going out of business for 3 years. But thru wont bring any traffic to kmart. It seems they sold or rented their garden section of the store to an oil change place. I dont ever see any cars there tho. That said, the store is neat and clean and all stocked. Employees seem happy , and are always helpful. The store is always empty.

Horrible, I went there spent 250 and waited 30 minutes in "customer service" bc no one there could answer if something was in stock or not. The lady asking me if I knew if it was in stock...wtf?? How the heck am I supposed to know!! I dont work there. Waited while I watched them help person after person, at the end she told me to return the next day so I can ask that question to someone who will be in on Monday. The craziest bs I have ever heard. I wanted to buy a gazebo, chairs n table....I ended walking out with nothing! If you want to go to s store wishing to spend your hard earned money and end up walking out without spending it then go to Kmart in Wall NJ. I can tell you that I will never come back here. They literally convince their customers not to spend their money here. Smfh.

Loved Kmart...clothes,patio furniture....always went to a Loved Kmart ..favorite store,even in other states,went there, I went to return some tops that were too small and it was over 30 days.Looking on the receipt it didnt say" no returns after 30 days ..it wasnt that specific.I assumed with tags and receipt I could get one size larger if available. Well,manager was totally ignorant to me. Called the 800 number and complained to manager that it really should state clearer" no refunds or returns after 30 days" like Chicos and talbots and Boscovs. He said it says so on the Kmart web and guess what.. He hung up on me.Had he been nicer and said Im so sorry but he was a total jerk and so bye Kmart.

I had to give it one star to post because there is no no Stars icon. But in my post Kmart gets No Stars. Nothing improves. Garden Center automatic outside doors were locked and I had no access until an associate opened and held them with her hands. As for check-out it continues to be a disaster. Extremely slow and tedious with usual rem of paper for a receipt. If I were the CEO of this chain, I would start with streamlining the check-out to make it quicker and customer friendly. However this store has been like this for the last few years. Sad no one has addressed this.

For years this store has the slowest service Ive ever seen. Checkout lines feel like purgatory. Many times posted prices are scattered among items, making it difficult to properly identify a match. Why is there so much junk displayed in the aisle to the left as you walk in? Jus been like youd for years and its never been anything than awkward. You cannot walk through without being in the way or having someone in your way because there are always annoying displays blocking what should be a walkway.

Really really pathetic staff members. Poor customer service, Cashiers are rude and on a different level of low ,and when I went to the front end and complained it to them, her response "well there are two sides of the story" really ! ! ! I know all the coworkers should look out for each other but at least pretend that you will take care of the problem.

Kmart where you can get everything including beds, appliances, furniture, domestics, mens, womans and childrens apparel, electronics, Craftsmen tools and a huge food section and pet food area.Seasonal area. Excellent sale prices. Clean and friendly.

Although I hear many KMarts are closing, this location is always well stocked, clean, and sufficiently staffed. Cant beat the variety if good or the reasonable prices.
