I have been trying to cash a check and I have no bank account so I was looking for a place still open. I called Kmart and spoke to Tonya who said she spoke with a manager and said they CAN cash it for me. So I drove from Toms River to the Kmart walked inside and proceeded to cash my check and I let them know I called in advance. After entering in my personal information twice she looks at me and hands me my check and said I cant cash this. I asked why and she said it just wont let me. Didnt get a manager or anything just said sorry and that was it. There are signs that say they do it they said on the phone they do it. It is a business check so I know its good but somehow they cant do it now. If you say you provide a service you provide that service. Now I am literally penny less with no gas and no food in my house. Thanks!
