Me and my family are frequent shoppers at walmart and are very dissapointed!! I purchased an ink cartridge from Wal-Mart the box was open but the ink cartrige was sealed. It was number hp 61 and the last one so I purchased it. When I went to use it & before breaking the seal I had noticed on the sealed wrapper that it was number hp 60 ink cartrige. I never broke the sealed and returned it the next day to Wal-Mart. 1st I got the run around 1st the young gentleman says he has to talk to his manager her name was Patty she said she did not think she could return it because the box was open. I explained to her the situation she said she would have to talk to her manager! Her manager name was Elliot he comes to me with a little bit of an attitude telling me that it would be impossible for me to purchase an open box! He asked me why I would buy an open a box. I explained it was the last one and I needed for my business. He tells me that he was not going to get into an argument with me & that there was nothing he could do & that it does not seem possible! I feel like he was calling me a liar! I ask anyone who is reading this for what reason would I make up a story like this! All I wanted to do was to exchange it for the correct one! Now I am stuck with a $25.00 brand new ink cartridge that is worthless to me! I am very disappointed with wallmart!!

This store SUCKS! I have never liked going to this store but since it close to where I work it is convenient to go there on my dinner break. I dreaded going there this evening but unfortunately I needed oil for my car. I got the oil and stood in the express lane and noticed that most of the people standing in the line obviously had more than ten items. After standing in line for five minutes an employee tells me that the lane was closed even though the light was still on by the checkout. I look around and every lane had an incredibly long lines. I get into another line and I am in it for about five or six minutes and a haitian woman who was a head of me let her two friends get in front of her. Each of these women had an armful of clothes. The woman immediately in front of me turned and looked at me in astonishment. I almost said something but I knew it would have caused a riot. I finally get to the register and the oil rang up at $ 4. 17, even though it had been marked on the shelf as $ 3.32. As other people have stated, this store is dirty and quite often the shelves are not stocked. The lines are always long and unlike other Wal-Marts, they dont ever seem to open another lane when it is very busy. Lastly, the class of people it attracts leaves a lot to be desired. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THE STORE AGAIN !!!!

This is probably one of the worst Walmarts Ive been too. No customer service at all. I waiting in the back to pick up an online order for about 10 mins while the workers walked past me and said nothing! After ten mins I just yelled out to someone asking if someone can help me then they argued with another coworker talking about they should use their walkie talkies blah blah nothing I cared for then when the lady finally came she took forever to bring it from the back and she slid my 47LBS box out to me with no cart nothing so I had to slide the box all the way to the front of the store NO HELP OFFERED. I got to the carts and there was a male coworker right there watching me scruggle and just wiped his hands with antibacterial and left. UNBELIEVEABLE. So i continued to slid the box to the front doors asked the young lady if she can watch my box so I can pull my car up and she did but when I pulled the car she didnt even offer to help me out. I mean she was no more than 33 Im 30 she could have helped out a little bit. It was just unbelieveable how lazy and inconsiderate everyone was. Never ordering online to pick up at that store. I will go out my way to pick up a package. JUST SAD took me 30 mins to get my ONLINE ORDER unbelievable..

I love Walmart! But I do Walmart online shopping now because its crazy ridiculous in there. There only ever like 4 registers open and you can never find any of the staff. Last time I went I was looking to buy paint. I hunted down and found 4 different employees and asked for help and they all said they would find the person in charge of paint. After 45 minutes of waiting at paint and searching, I went to the back where theres the employees only doorway (by the bathroom) and demanded I see a manager. One of the employees said shed get him for me and asked what the problem was because maybe she could help. I told her I needed help with paint and been waiting 45 minutes. She leaves and comes back to tell me the manager said the paint machine isnt working. The manager didnt even have the courtesy to come apologize for my wait and for his employees who are impossible to find. Not only that but why wasnt there a sign up saying the machine wasnt working? Other then that experience and the long lines, its a great store. Great prices and always in stock.

Worst customer service Ive ever received .I was at this Walmart today 04/5/17 around 2.30pm in the jewelry section stood there for 10 mins without assistance .walked across and met this lady(staff) stocking her department she helped me page whoever was to come assist me ,,,5 mins on nobody shows up .another young staff passes by and I ask her for assistance she tells me shell let them know .she goes clocks out and talks to her manager or maybe supervisor .They were actually 2 supervisors . To inform them that I needed help but still the Supervisors ignored me ,,,, I was right there watching them I even moved closer to ask one of the said supervisor if I could get help.They talked between themselves like I was a nuisance and she went "youll be helped " waited for another 10 mins in vain . Felt so bad ,I had picked a few items so had to leave them there coz I hadnt been served the other item (jewelry) ,,, What pissed me off the most was that the customers were so many but these supervisors were just standing there .

Where do I begin I will say when I walked in I was greeted nicely by the greeter with a emphatic "Welcome to Walmart" I walked around the store and was able to get what I came for which was some HP Ink and some other small items. I was cashed out by this Cashier, I think his name was Toure, I believe, he is hilarious he made me feel welcome and can hold a nice conversation and actually asked me did I find everything I needed. I could find one item he told me to look on line and have it sent to the store for free later which I found out was "site to store". I think he is awesome and I would recommend him for a management position which he should be at by now. I was never helped or asked question before until I met him. I will be going to him from now on. The management they have in front now should be more like him instead of having attitudes like the one i remember her name as traci or something irrelevant..
