Ive been to this mall plenty of times. I love shopping at Anthropologie, Abercrombie and Fitch, Banana Republic, Bloomingdales, Macys, Sephora, and Forever 21 mainly. Dont have money most of the time for the high end stores, but there is a decent range (e.g. the stores I mentioned and others like Crazy 8, Teavana, Lush, O. and Co.) are ok for many budgets. Plus, if you ever go on a holiday weekend or typical sale day, you can pretty much find mark downs in just about all the stores. My only complaint: no H&M or JcPenney. Although, JcPenney might mess with the brand though since all the department stores are on the higher end (Bloomingdales, Saks, Nordstrom, etc..)..but H&M definitely would be a great addition. As for previous comments I read: Theres definitely more than one bathroom in the whole mall, but they can be hard to find . I think theres 2 on each floor. As for elevators, theres at least one by Au bon pain. I dont recall another, but that doesnt mean theres not more. Its a decent sized mall: you really have to know your way around it and that takes time.

I live in New York but I go shopping at Short hills mall frequently. I was there yesterday with my wife. My wife went shopping and I went to the parking lot, parked my car and started cleaning my car. A security guard came by took the picture of my license plate with his cell phone. I asked him why he took the picture. This is what I got for my answer, he said I look suspicious. Really..........base on what? As I was asking why he took the picture, he just slowly drove away. Then ten minutes later, a second security came and parked his car 50 feet away from me. I approached him and asked him if he was there to check on me, which I am pretty sure he was 100% there to keep an eye on me, he simply said he was there to chill and listen music. Did they treat me like this base on my look? (Im an Asian and I also look like Mexican) or is it, anyone who go to short hills mall and clean their car at their parking is considered as suspicious activity. I just cleaned my cars window with Windex. That was it. Why are we treating each other like this?

The mall itself is great but the Louie Vuitton store is terrible. Let me start off by saying that they are very unorganized and rude! They claimed to have my bag on hold and when I went to pick it up they said it was never put on hold. Max was the moron who did not do his job properly. Then I called 2 days straight and asked if they had the specific bag in and they would say to call back in an hr or two. When I wuld call back in the hour or two they sold it a few mins ago. Theyre a bunch of liars! They say what they want to say. I ended up going to the Garden State Plaza mall in Paramus, NJ. The service was lovely. DO not give Short Hills any business they are not professional. I love the brand just not the people they have working for them. They are no help and they rush you out of the store. TERRIBLE

A very boring, snotty, upscale mall. Not much entertainment other than twiddling your thumbs. No food court what so ever + not much in the way of comfortable seating. One gets the feeling its designed to keep out the riff-raff by simply boring them into submission and beating a hasty retreat. Macys is the slum store of this snoozer. I get that its upscale, blah, blah, blah, but why does that end up equaling boring? Seriously, Im not much for malls to begin with but at least Malls like to one in Paramus offer people and their families some fun while being dragged around the halls like so many walking corpses in Dawn of the Dead. If youre looking for a fun afternoon at the mall, stay away from this joint. If I could give it a minus 1 star I would! Ciao!

This is a luxury Mall. The big stores are Neiman Marcus and Bloomingdales. Theres Tiffanys, Tori Birch, and Louis Vitton to win over your girlfriend or Fiances heart whenever you are in the dog house or for the holidays. Theres also a Starbucks and Au bon pain for light bites. For bigger bites there are Joes bar, california pizza kitchen. I like coming to the verizon store here. Ive had the best customer service here because theres a lot less traffic. I am sure the apple store less crazy here as well. The J crew store here is also very big. Too bad I there clothes is out of my price range and I am too fat for it. Parking can be very difficult at the outdoor lots on the weekends. The public bathrooms are always clean and smell nice too.

The People at Lululemon are stuck up and mean and un willing to help any one who walks in to their store. Anthropology is a cool store I go there once a year at least buy a refill my tocca Cleopatra perfume. The staff are usually helpful and friendly. Lush was pretty cool my sister smelled all the bathbombs. Its a higher end mall with a Bloomingdales, Sax5thAvene and pricer stores. I just wanted a Lululemon jacket for my birthday so got it for myself. Its not my fault grown adults chose to act like they are in highschool. I just got what I wanted and left.

Best place to shop in NJ...If you have $$. You can get your iPhone fixed while you hop in your new Tesla, wearing the new Ferragamo diving loafers and admiring your new Cartier watch...you know just for the heck of it! Oh and dont forget the Dolce and Gabbana sunglasses from Neiman Marcus to deflect the flash from the paparazzi who will inevitably follow you after a shopping spree like this! Starbucks is on the ground level - fuel up there when you get in. Then when youre running out of steam turn into Joes for lunch, its an institution.

Assuming you can find parking in under 30 minutes - we couldnt - you wont be irritated when you step into this mall; unlike us. I was excited to visit Short Hills for the first time because it has so many great stores, but I wasnt impressed with the terrible parking situation, nor did I like that trying to find an elevator to get a carriage into the mall was like trying to find the golden ticket. Once inside, though, it was a very clean mall with wide public areas, which is good when people are carting around HUGE bags of expensive goodies!

It was a upscale suburban mall. The interior felt very nice. In fact, one of the nicest suburban mall I have been to for a while, other than the wood bury outlet. I went there to the Apple store to get my computer fixed but the line and the wait was long. I felt the inside signage wasnt enough to guide someone quickly to where they are looking to get to. I ended up having a nice tour of the place before having to ask someone how to get to the Apple store..... but it was a nice tour at least.

The Mall at Short Hills is beautiful. Very nice stores. Great place to escape the typical riff raff that malls attract. Only downsides - sometimes too many people with kids and strollers getting in the way, and a year or two ago their Christmas Village had a line that blocked access to some very good stores, Brooks Brothers and Vineyard Vines. Management should re-organize the location and keep people in line for that out of the way of other shoppers, otherwise very nice place.
