Dont get me wrong I love the Dollar Tree stores in general; this one in Rockaway used to be my favorite, but today not only did the store look picked over, but when I asked an employee if they had a particular item in stock, she said kind of snotty..." I have no idea." So I did say to her... do you actually work here? And she said yes, but she had no idea, walked away, and did not offer to get me help or to find another employee who might be more knowledgeable. The Dollar Tree over in the trade zone in Mount Olive is 1000 times better. Everybody helps you and the store is always stocked nicely. Its a little farther to drive but well worth it. This store or its employees better wise up. Retail as a whole is not doing well so they should be trained to treat customers a little bit nicer.

HORRIBLE! They dont even deserve 1 star!! The so called manager, should not be in customer service! I was getting ready to go into the store, and two ladies were leaving I was going to bring their carts back for them and some so called MANAGER comes out with a total attitude and snatches the carts from me! Wow!

Great place for seasonal decor and party decor that you do not want to break the bank on. When getting the house ready for Halloween or a birthday party, I always check the decorations and paper goods at Dollar Tree before heading to the party store.

So its a Dollar Store, as long as you are aware of that this place is great. The people are very nice and sometimes you can find a good deal and nice party supplies.

The workers are very helpful and pleasant. I usually walk out of the store buying more than I needed. Remember it is a dollar store and the price is always right!!
