I had sold tickets on Stubhub to a concert and one person bought 4 tickets, but did it in two different transactions. This meant that there would be two tracking numbers, one for each transaction. When I got to the store, the woman argued with me for 5-10 minutes on why I wasnt just mailing them together when they were going to the same place. I consistently tried to explain to her that that wasnt an option because the tracking numbers were for each package, and not for my use, but for stubhub to keep track. The next day I got a call from stubhub saying that they were charging my account because the tickets all shipped in one package and the buyer had received all 4 tickets and wanted a refund for the shipping charge for one of the packages. Stubhub also informed me that one of the tracking numbers had never actually left the store. When I called this UPS store, I asked for a manager and when I was through explaining what had happened and how I wanted some sort of compensation for the charge, he hung up on me. When I called back, thinking it was an accident, he hung up on me again. So, not only did the employee argue with me when it wasnt her place to, but she took it upon herself and she opened a package that didnt belong to her (pretty sure thats against the law), and handled the tickets which were almost $300 a piece. And then, the manager has the nerve to hang up on me, when its his employees that are causing problems and doing things that they shouldnt be. I will never use this location again. I would much prefer the FedEx store around the corner.

Excellent service! They are all really welcoming, helpful and warm hearted. I need to move from NJ to the West coast, instead of moving company, I chose this UPS store based on all the good reviews, and it’s really true. They helped me packed my stuff, picked up all heavy boxes from my apartment, and also gave me a huge discount on shipping. For one of my big luggage bag, they decreased the price to half of its original price. The owner Andy is really thoughtful, he even called the owner of the UPS store in west coast to make sure that theres no extra charge for me. Great experience after all, really recommend !

One of the best customer service experience I had at a UPS Store. Went here to get few documents notarized. Owner was super helpful and took his time to make sure everything was taken care of correctly. Meanwhile I had to also ship a package and the employees were quick and very kind. A bit surprised by some of the other reviews about not coming here for notary or worst experience because I personally believe the store and customer service was above par compared to other UPS stores. Must go !

I such such an amazing experience at this store. I was in need of not only mailing, but packing my grandmothers china and mailing it back to Texas. After two failed attempts at other stores, I ended up at this UPS store. Carmelita could not have been more careful and helpful with this task. I would recommend this store to anyone for all of their shipping and packing needs. Their customer service is by far the best around.

Very good service. The owner is very nice and helpful. I had to pay for packing tape to tape my box and label on, but I think it was just because I had a pre-paid label. There was a sign posted there letting customers know that they would need to pay for packing supplies if there was a prepaid label. They offer many other print and copy services as well. More than other UPS store locations. Will definitely return.

Very welcoming and courteous! Most amazing customer service Ive gotten in any shipping center! I went to drop of my verizon equipment As well as shipping out extremely confidential documentation. The staff made sure I had the proper packaging to safely get my package to its destination! The second time I visited, the staff members remembered me! It cost me $5 to print 1 page and scan it. This place is a rip off. Never again. Its easier to go to Staples/Fedex. They wont accept your file via email, you have to pay rental fees to rent their computer and then print. The most asinine thing I ever heard. $5 for 1 Page...I needed urgently otherwise i would have left.

The help there is slow and seems not well-trained for the job. So expect some wait time even though its a simple drop off at this store. The good thing is that its nicely located inside the mall with Walmart and other stores.

They were super helpful and friendly. Im definitely just starting here next time I need to ship something, I went to the post office and fedex and couldnt get my stuff shipped. I was so thankful they had the box I needed!

Their website says they take passport photos, but they dont. At the site, they acknowledge the website is wrong and apologize ... but they are not fixing the erroneous information. So ... never again.
