Just wanted to call the pharmacy for a simple question. Just wanted to know if they carried sterile water. Simple yes or no question. They kept me on hold for a half an hour. I drove all the way to CVS with my phone still on hold for them to not have sterile water. Thanks for wasting my time lady. The best part is that when I walked in they werent even that busy. They were simply just ignoring the phone and she told me she was just about to pick up my call. Yeah right. So ridiculous.

Sadly, there is a problem at this pharmacy more often than not. They dont have enough staff to handle the drive through, so often ignore the calls. Their system texts about prescriptions and theyre still not ready days later. The pharmacists and techs will make every attempt to rectify problems, but the fact that there are consistent issues remains.

What kind of pharmacy doesnt carry lighter fluid? I dont mean they ran out, they dont even STOCK it. Useless. I knew I stopped coming here for a reason.
