Never enough staff on hand, always a 10 plus minute wait on anyone to ring you out at register. Even if you already have what you need and do not need a "counter person" to locate an inventory/part/item from stock room and just want to purchase retail stock (fluids and such) you will be Ignored while standing READY at the register then pushed aside as a staff member proceeds to ring out the customer they ignored you with in the first place making you wait even longer. Sure this is good for Parts Buyers, but the staff ignores retail purchasers until they finish with special requests, Absurd. Put a Staff member on the register amd leave them there. Simple. That way you can serve both types of customers without Alienating either.
