Ive been usung this same pharmacy for over 10 years & you would think they could take the time to delete old info from their computer & enter the current but for the past 5 years I have asked to have my phone number updated to no avail. I have had my new number now for 5 years & still do have the older phone which doesnt always work so I wanted the older number deleted. However almost every delivery the delivery person calls the old number. At times they left without delivering because of course they called the old number which doesnt always work. Just how hard is it for these people to input correct info?? They are supposedly educated people??!!! Then today they call at 9 am to tell me to expect my delivery in two hours but of course it comes after 1 pm which is 5 hours later not 2. I just love having my time wasted especially less than two weeks before X-mas when I have a million things to do!! This is the norm with their delivery - they rarely get it right. Lately I just go into town to pick up myself which means a lengthy hunt for parking , usually a long walk from parking spot to store not to mention the parking fee only to pick up , get home & get a call the next day that my other RX just got processed & I have to either go back to pick up or deal with the nightmare of their delivery with long waits & wrong info mishaps!! I mean let me know & Ill try to pick up all at once -IN ONE TRIP!! Are you guys that cheap you want to make out on repeated delivery charges??? I guess so since they just delivered & now they call me again with a notice of my order is ready as I write this review!!! Wtf???? By far the most ridiculous incompetent system I ever dealt with!!! You have the technology - teach your employees to use it more efficiently!! Please!!!!

Rude & Racial profiling; black security guard was extra rude saw me (a black man) walking through the store, waited til i left, then tried to accuse me of stealing. He started throwing me against a wall, dragging me around, and trying to snatch my bag from me. Eventually he searched my bags, found nothing, and he tried to accuse me of STEALING SOMETHING I BROUGHT FROM HOME! Then he calls the police, police found nothing as well and thought it was almost a joke. He never confronted me in the store but instead tried to manhandle me (57",175) when hes 65" probably 250lbs, as soon as i got outside. Not only embarrassing but time wasting as well. Avoid

Price tags always wrong. Products are always in the wrong places and management does nothing to fix the problem. I absolutely hate coming here. Ive managed retail for a few years now but this is probably the the most poorly-run Rite Aid Ive been to. I will do my best to avoid this one and I advise you do the same.

Conveniently located on George Street downtown. Good for quick trips for picking up some small supplies and other stuff. Lines can sometimes take awhile though.
