I received absolutely HORRIBLE customer service last night at Rays Pharmacy!!! And I am only giving 1 star because I have to. I was in search of a pharmacy on my way home, because I received a call from my husband that my daughters eye were almost swollen shut from her allergies. I found Rays Pharmacy, right around 8pm, when I walked in I was loudly and continuously advised that they were closed - even though the neon OPEN sign was brightly lit on the windows. I proceeded to tell her that I needed to quickly just get some OTC eye drops for my daughter. She shouted over to me that they were in the third aisle/row. My son and I frantically looked for them, seeming that we appeared to be a nuisance to her. I asked her if she had the specific ones, so we could get out of there quickly, her shouting response "they are right there, they are right there". "Its an orange and red box, they are right there." All the while, still shouting... Again my son and I are looking for an orange and red box, and cant find anything... She continues to shout "if its not there, then we dont have anymore." I was completely appalled at the way I was treated, and I understand that it was closing time - but completely disgusted in the way I was treated. I walk into a pharmacy because I am in need of something - not that I plan on dilly dallying. I dont live in town, so this wouldnt be a pharmacy I would typically frequent, so they probably wont gain or lose a customer, but regardless of that - no customer should be treated like that.

Very Courteous Customer Service. It is under new MANAGEMENT now. They will help you for any special orders of Medical Equipment also. They now Offer Free Delivery in 5 mile radius and they also call me to remind me for my medicine Refills.
