HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE.... My husband had the note 7 and it was recalled, so he took it to that store and the girl that "so called" helped him was BEYOND rude and ghetto, yes I said ghetto b/c she was that, and she used the word "ratchet" a few times when she was dealing with our issue.. She returned his phone without saying anything to us (and we never signed ANYTHING)..We went into the store thinking he was going to get another phone due to the recall on the note 7, nope didnt work that way. The sales associate made it seem as though my husband was going to walk out with a replaceable phone (When the recall came out sprint CEO said for all sprint note 7 carriers please return the phone to a sprint store and you will recieve a phone to replace the note 7 until Samsung fixes the issue) he did not say we had to pay for return fees, activation fee for the replacement phone, pay off the lease for the note 7, start a new lease for the loner etc... YES she did say he had to pay ALL of those. My husband got so upset that we walked out... On our way home my husband called sprint customer service and they told us that the lady from the store that returned his note 7 labeled it as water damaged... WATER DAMAGED!!! Are you serious??? How can a phone that is WATER PROOF be returned as water damaged?? That was the question that was tossed around sprint customer service because they couldnt believe that a sprint sales associate returned a phone that was water proof and labeled it as water damaged when clearly my husband returned it to the store b/c of the recall... This store was useless, the DM for this store will be getting a call from us and if they cant help I do have the direct line for the corporate office and I will contact the CEO... Do NOT got to this store

I received the WORST customer service today from the Sprint store in Mount Laurel, NJ (in Centerton Square). I was told someone would be right with me and was ignored for over an hour. When someone finally did get to me, the employee seemed agitated and uninterested in helping me. I went to the store for an upgrade. When looking up my phone, the employee stated I was eligible for an upgrade but I needed the account holder present for me to make my upgrade. This has NEVER been the case. For years, I lived 20+ hours away from my father (the account holder) and was always able to get an upgrade or a new phone. The employee was very rude to me about this apparently new policy. Also, if this is a new policy, someone could have told me about it as soon as I entered the store! I cant believe I waited over an hour to be treated with such disrespect and I STILL dont have my upgrade. I wouldnt recommend the Sprint store in Mount Laurel, NJ to ANYONE. Sprint, if you want to keep your customers, I suggest you started hiring competent individuals who want to serve their customers in a friendly manner.

-Long wait about an hour -Was rushed out after purchasing a brand new IPhone 7 Plus 128 gb - Did not transfer stuff from old phone - Recommended a screen protector from 5 below and then I was advised by an ATT REP that the quality is nowhere even close to being the same. Terrible service can never be heard by others on the phone. Limited activity such as: - Cannot text while on the phone unless on wifi - Cannot use internet while on the phone - Dropped calls - Failure to send texts most of the time OVERALL BAD EXPERIENCE SWITCHED TO AT&T IN LESS THAN 25 DAYS

Completely unprofessional. Staff was rude and unhelpful. I left after not getting help for an hour waiting on the staff to finish helping one person in front of me. They were very laid back and not focused on getting work done. This has been my experience here several times. They have also coerced me into paying for more expensive plans than others would in my situation. You will save both time and money if you just drive an extra 20 minutes to another store.

Understaffed and when the representative finally finished with the last customer, he tells me to wait for the next representative while I he took his Wendys to the back office, then the woman at the window goes back to the office too and disappears for awhile. Terrible customer service.

Dont ask to use their bathroom! Oh and dont try and call them either....ironic that a phone store can not answer their own phone! Their customer service is so good that in less than 10 minutes they convinced me to change providers!
