I purchased flowers on Christmas eve and once the order was just about completed I was then notified they were out of the wrapping paper that is used on the vase thats in the arrangement I ordered. I specifically asked if anything else would change in the arrangement and was told no. I trusted them and ended up very disappointed when I saw what was delivered. The arrangement didnt look anything like what I ordered. It didnt have the 3 large candy canes or the ornaments that were suppose to be placed throughout the arrangement plus the flowers . The arrangement looks much smaller than the one that was originally ordered. I called to discuss my complaint and see about getting a partial refund. He offered 25% off my next purchase only. I told him hopefully I wont know anyone else going to the hospital in the near future & since I dont know anyone living in the surrounding area that doesnt work for me. His only response was they dont give partial refunds.

Best Place Ever! . just eyond thoughtful to the situation I explained. It was days before Christmas and they delivered to Morristown Hospital. I just at the end of January 2017 and received a call from the person who received the arangement. They said they love it. It is the Best and they look out the window everyday and see this amazing plant. It is so nice to deal with someone that takes the individual circumstance into consideration! Flowers not delivered! I called from out of state to have flowers delivered for my mothers birthday. I was charged, but the flowers were never delivered. When I found out that they had not been delivered, I called to ask for a refund. Instead of issuing a refund right away, the guy who works there argued with me about it and delayed. It took multiple phone calls to finally get my refund. Im never going to use this business again.

The staff in the store is very friendly. Compared to other florists, this store offers really good deals. The flowers I get from the store are always fresh and high quality.The designs are always awesome. The boquets that I have gotten usually last around two weeks. I love the personal touch that the store provides and would definitely reccomended it for future flower purchases. :)

I live out of town, called here at 6:45 (they close at 7) the day before Valentines Day. They delivered the flowers to my girlfriend the next morning. The other places I called realized that I was a jackass for waiting until the last minute and were giving me insanely high prices, not here. I paid a fair price and Im happy because my girlfriend is happy, thank you!

Service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Took 3 minutes to order over the phone. The guy was very helpful and even texted me a picture of the arrangement upon request. They even texted to confirm that the flower was delivered. Also, they emailed me copy of the receipt . Overall it was a great work.

Ordered flowers to be delivered for Valentines Day within the same town.... 5 hours later the work day is over, flowers never made it even though I was assured at 4pm they were enroute.... When I called after 5 all I got was sorry for the glitch.... I will never order from here again
