I read nice reviews about this florist. However I did not have the best experience. I ordered flowers for our uncles funeral service on a Sunday. I asked for a Saturday delivery. I received an e-mail confirmation on Monday saying the flowers were delivered that day 1 day late. I wrote back asking if the flowers had been delivered on time and did not get a response. I did hear from my Aunt that the flowers were there and were very nice. I would have been more happy if they had the decency to confirm that delivery was on time and they were sorry for there mistake.

I called Glendale Florist in the morning to get an arrangement delivered TODAY for a friends birthday. The gentleman on the phone was very nice and said he can get the arrangement delivered today. My friend got the arrangement delivered by early afternoon! I was pleasantly surprised they were able to deliver the arrangement so quickly.

Ive had the opportunity to order flowers for many occasions from Glendale. I found the service to be excellent along with quick delivery. As a customer from out of the area, Buzz has made it extremely easy to order and his recommendations are always spot on with beautiful arrangements. I have referred others to this shop as well.

Customer service is over the top! The flowers were stunningly fresh...and exactly the right balance, color and variety. I had a last minute order for funeral flowers that was completed and delivered on the same day. I give Glendale 6 stars, not just five!
